Application/Instructions:
1. Fill ice bag 2/3 full with cold water, ice cubes or crushed ice.
2. Twist cap securely on bag.
3. Insert ice bag into the circular opening at the center of the wrap.
4. Place ice bag on affected area.
5. Adjust straps to desired fit.
6. Finished using, empty contents of ice bag and leave top off to dry.
